In this short guided meditation, we take a few minutes in silence to listen to truth from God’s Word. We focus on our breath, pay attention to thoughts that come up, and speak truth into our lives from Scripture. It’s easy to get lost in our minds or not even realize how our thought patterns are guiding all we do, but we are invited to allow God’s truth to sink in deep, redirect our thoughts, and welcome us into God’s eternal love.

“When you are mindful, you become more aware of your inner monologue, allowing you to stop the cycle of compulsive thought processes and step out of the prison of self-doubt. Only when you realize that you are a prisoner of the mind is it possible to escape.”  -Patrick McKeown, The Oxygen Advantage, pg. 147
