In this Christian Yoga class, we explore the sixth beatitude “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.” This class is all about living as a consistent person, honoring and representing our true self in all circumstances, refusing to wear a mask or hide our identity.
We are often taught to wear masks, to change our “face” depending on the situation, but Jesus invites us to reveal our true heart. We are challenged and encouraged to set our heart on Jesus and the things of God, and allow that to be reflected in all we do.
This class is made to be enjoyed by all levels!
So grab a mat or make some space on the floor and let’s stretch our bodies and our faith as we release worry and trust God!
