In this episode, Phil is joined by Chris Griffith, the pastor of Rhythm Church and a worship leader, to discuss racism, justice, Black Lives Matter, and what it means to listen well and make space for the “other.” If we desire to make space for God in our lives, connect to our breath and story, we cannot ignore God’s heart for justice and the important lives of our brothers and sisters facing injustice and oppression. How can we breathe well when others can’t?

Chris shares from his own story and invites us into a way forward as followers of Jesus. Listening well, fighting for justice, and joining in the work of reconciliation are all spiritual disciplines that help us make space for the Holy Spirit in our lives.
