God meets you right where you are whether you are struggling or exuberant with joy. God’s face is turned toward you with love, ready to be with you whatever you are journeying through.
This yin class is about taking a few minutes to slow down, feel, stretch, breathe, pray, and simply be where you are, discovering that God is right there with you.
