Christian Yoga Beatitudes Part 1 – Trust

In this Christian Yoga class, we explore the first beatitude “Blessed are the poor in Spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.” This class is all about opening our lives in trust and is the first part of our Journey Through the Beatitudes Series.

We are often taught to hold everything tight as if we can control everything or we need to keep close to our chest what we do have, but Jesus invites us to live with open-handed trust, recognizing our need for God and one another.

This class is made to be enjoyed by all levels!
So grab a mat or make some space on the floor and let’s stretch our bodies and our faith as we release worry and trust God!
