This class is day 5 of our Christian Yoga Promises of God challenge. Today, we focus on God’s promise to see us, to be with us, to hear us. It’s easy to feel like we aren’t always seen or understood in our lives, which can be painful. In today’s class we pray to El Roi, the name given to God by Hagar, as we remember that God sees us and loves us right where we are, today.
